Lesson Options
In-person Lessons on weekly billing
$60 per hour ∴ $30 for 1/2 hr
These lessons occur at the Intown Church studio or First Alliance Church. They are suitable for beginners to advanced.
In-person Lessons on monthly billing
$60 per hour ∴ $30 for 1/2 hr. Covers 4 weeks.
Same location. These lessons offer a free trial lesson and the option to reschedule cancelled lessons.
Group Lessons
$35 per hour
Groups of 3/4 students. Perfect if a student has a group of friends or a family with young children wants to consolidate lessons time. These normally last an hour.
Teaching Philosophy and Outcomes
“I believe that students approach piano lessons because they wish to express something about themselves –whether creatively, emotionally, or intellectually- through the instrument. I ask my students to articulate their reasons and goals for piano lessons so that we can create a roadmap together. Once they voice their “why,” I will then supply the “how.” Essentially, the role of a piano teacher in the age of information is to facilitate the learning process through a personalized diagnosis of the student’s abilities, which is rooted in a kindhearted concern for their betterment. At every lesson, I strive to be a spirited role-model and a friend, as well as being a source of knowledge and expertise. Let me be part of your music journey.”
